BDZ Xpress Shipping – Terms & Conditions
- All invoices must be paid in full before packages can be collected.
- Customers must inspect all packages for physical damage before leaving the premises. BDZ Xpress Shipping will not be responsible for any damage claims once packages have left our facility.
- A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented when collecting any package.
- Packages not collected within 7 business days from the date the invoice is issued will incur storage fees.
- BDZ Xpress Shipping will not be responsible for packages that remain uncollected for more than 30 days after arrival. Packages not collected within this period may be disposed of or auctioned to recover costs incurred by the company.
- Any package that is not properly labeled, including but not limited to missing BDZ account numbers, will attract a processing fee of JMD $450.
- When ordering from Walmart, customers should place “BDZ” before their first name and must always include their BDZ account number when placing orders. Failure to do so may result in delays in processing and delivery.
- BDZ Xpress Shipping reserves the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or suspend accounts where customers fail to comply with the rules and regulations governing our services.
- Any unlawful activity or shipment of prohibited items will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Stolen goods
- Cash or currency
- Firearms and ammunition
- Knives and other dangerous weapons
- Fireworks
- Explosives
- Pepper spray or similar self-defense sprays
- Radar detectors
- Any other item prohibited by law or shipping regulations
Florida Warehouse Operating Hours
Our Florida warehouse is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and is closed on Sundays and all United States public holidays.
Please ensure that packages are delivered during our operating hours. BDZ Xpress Shipping will not be responsible for any packages delivered outside of these hours.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of Jamaica.
The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in Jamaica.
Changes
bdzxpresscourier reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.
We will try to provide at least a 30-day notice prior to the effective changes. If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.
Your continued use of our Services will be subject to the new terms.
