THE MANAGEMENT OF BDZ XPRESS COURIERS WISHES TO ANNOUNCE THE FOLLOWING:
All invoices must be paid for in full in order to collect your packages.
All packages must be checked for physical damage before leaving the premises. Bdz xpress couriers will not be held responsible for any damages once they have left the facility.
A valid id must be presented for the collection of any package.
Packages collected after 7 business days from the day you receive your invoice, will incur the following storage fees:
We will not be held responsible for packages not collected within 30 days of receival. After 30 days, packages will be disposed of or auctioned to recover costs incurred by the company.
All packages that are not labeled correctly, which include but are not limited to missing bdz numbers, will attract a fee of $250 jmd.
When shipping from walmart put bdz before your first name. Always use your bdz number when ordering to avoid delays.Where a customer fails to adhere to the rules and regulations that govern this service, we have the right to cancel a transaction.Any form of unlawful activity or illegal package contents will be reported to the police. These items include stolen items, cash, guns, knives, fireworks, explosives, pepper sprays, radar
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of Jamaica.
The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in Jamaica.
Changes
bdzxpresscourier reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.
We will try to provide at least a 30 days notice prior to the effective changes. If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.
